Disc-Lock offers a range of custom-made accessories that are associated with the Disc-Lock Safety Wheel Nut and can be used to fit them correctly onto commercial vehicles.
The Disc-Lock Safety Wheel Nut is installed using a 34mm or 38mm socket and we recommend the use of our non-chamfered deep six-point hex impact socket. This fits over the entire wheel nut to fully engage both the top and bottom sections, ensuring that the nut is sufficiently tightened.
The Disc-Lock Cab Kit is an easy-to-use tool that can be stored in the vehicle’s cab and used by the driver to guarantee the wheel nut has the correct torque setting. The Disc-Lock wheel brace and extension bar is a quality and robust tool to be used to fit our Safety Wheel Nuts.
Disc-Lock Cab Kit
A compact, robust and professional torque wrench kit. The Disc-Lock Cab Kit is pre-set for the wheel nut to ensure the correct torque is applied and avoid overtightening. It is a driver friendly, easy to use torque tool designed to be kept in the vehicle cab. The kit includes a pre-set professional torque wrench, torque multiplier, multiplier arm, Disc-Lock high impact socket, 200mm extension bar and a heavy duty polyethylene case.
